COVID-19 Safety Policy

At Pillinger, our focus and priority is for the health, safety and wellbeing of our Team, our Vendors and Purchasers. We are monitoring the evolving and ever changing information relating to Coronavirus and are taking measures that are aligned with recommendations from government health authorities. We all have a responsibility to contain the potential spread of the coronavirus within our workplace and we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution necessary.

Please find as listed below the measures Pillinger have implemented to deal with the containment and management of coronavirus risks.

At Open Homes

We request any staff, and attendees who are unwell or who have been in a restricted hot spots over the last 14 days refrain from attending any open home inspections.

We will be limiting the number of people in our open homes to comply with the one visitor per 4 square metres of space.

People waiting to enter will be asked to physically distance by 1.5m.

Attendees will need to provide their name and contact details upon entry.

Attendees will be encouraged to use provided hand sanitizer upon entry.

Attendees will be asked to refrain from touching any surfaces or using the bathroom.

We request no physical touching or shaking hands.

Where possible our Agents will undertake to open all doors as required prior to the Start of the inspection, in order to limit the need for attendees to touch doorhandles.
