Top 20 Sydney house sales for 2021 tally almost $700m

As this year’s home sellers made good on the biggest property boom in a generation, trophy homeowners fared even better, riding the wave of Sydney’s best-ever performing prestige market.
The top 20 property sales alone totalled a record high of almost $700 million, with more than 45 sales in the rarefied $20 million-plus range — more than double the previous top performance in 2018.
Brad Pillinger sold 4 properties in this year’s top 20 and is the only agent to have achieved such a high number of sales. in this bracket.
“This year’s figures are incomparable to any market previously,” said Brad Pillinger, of his eponymous selling agency.
